Our strength lies in our efficient logistic operations. We strive to stock inventory our customers need—every day—delivering it when they need it. We stock nearly all part numbers in our five distribution facilities across the U.S. Our strategically located facilities provide us the geographic reach to deliver to our customers within 2 days.
Our top priorities are quality automotive products, exceptional customer service, and on-time delivery. These priorities make quality assurance one of the most important aspects of our operations.
The automotive products we sell must meet or exceed our customers' expectations, from purchasing quality raw materials through design and engineering, to production and delivery through (most importantly) customer-oriented after-sales service.
We internally operate the critical servers of the Genera ERP system and application, network equipment and phone system that serve the operations, transactions, and documentation of Genera headquarters and our five branches. Our server room runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, supported by air-conditioning, a UPS system, and a power generator.
